Abstract

Water-soluble poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) as a polymer dielectric material in OTFTs showed good stability in ambient air conditions when using a cross-linker. Especially, an OTFT using cross-linked PAA including high dielectric constant nanoparticles operated successfully and stably at voltages below -5 V.
