Abstract
(Figure Presented) (Figure Presented) Showing their true colors: Polymers based on polydiacetylene and imidazolium show selective color response to anionic surfactants. Furthermore, this system easily distinguishes between the anionic surfactants sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (SDBS).
