Abstract

The concept of an agent has become important in computer science and has been applied to a number of application domains, such as electronic commerce and information retrieval. However, to our knowledge, no one has yet proposed a test tool using intelligent agent technology. In this paper, we present a Test Agent System that employs intelligent agent techniques to provide active assistance to a tester. The main contribution of the paper is the description of a Test Agent System that consists of three agents, each of which has attributes such as autonomy, social ability, and intelligence.
