Abstract

The first discrete molecules of rhenium cluster-supported Mn(OEP) and Mn(TPP) complexes have been synthesized. The Mn(TPP)-containing rhenium cluster as a heterogeneous catalyst showed a high catalytic activity in the epoxidation of olefins by iodosylbenzene.
