Abstract

Several significant aspects of roles of donor and acceptor nanodomains in 6% efficient thermally annealed polymer photovoltaics (PV), were investigated. A study was conducted for annealing up to 120°C that enhanced the effect and efficiency of high temperature annealing for 6% thermally annealed polymer photovoltaics. It was found that broad range of values of these thermally annealed photovoltaic cells can be effectively compared, after conducting a large number of studies, which are performed on small dimension PV cells.
