N2 - In recent years, the microarray technology has been utilized in various applications such as the profiling of mRNAs, assessment of DNA copy number, genotyping, and detection of methylated sequences. These heterogeneous platforms could be co-analyzed, for cross-validation. In this paper, our result of integral genomic analyses of first phase multi-platform microarrays project, in collaboration with five genome research centers of Korea, is presented. Four different platforms have been used, and we believe that predictive models generated by heterogeneous microarray platforms analyses can be validated better than those generated on a single platform data set.
