Abstract

Solution syntheses of azapeptide pentamers 2, 3, and 4 were accomplished. The binding affinity of these azapeptides and azatide 1 were examined in the context of monoclonal antibody 3-E7 known to strongly bind the [Leu⁵]enkephalin sequence.
