Abstract

In this Backstory, we narrate our journey in establishing a multidisciplinary team for sarcoma research and uncovering vulnerabilities in chondrosarcoma cells associated with their NAD⁺ dependencies for survival.¹ Our findings hold promise for exploitation, yielding a synergistic cytotoxic effect when combined with systemic therapy.
