Abstract

Single-crystal OFET: Single-crystals of new porphyrin derivatives TTPH2 and TTPZn were obtained from slow diffusion of solvents (see graphic). The organic field-effect transistor (OFET) devices based on these single crystals show relatively high mobilities of 6.2× 10-2 cm2 V -1 s-1 for TTPH2 and 0.32 cm2 V-1 s-1 for TTPZn with a high on-off current ratio of >104.
