Abstract
A new charge-transfer(CT) salt of the ET-based mixed-donor, [ET/MET/MT](ReO4), has been prepared by the electrocrystallization. This salt has been revealed to be a 1:1 salt by x-ray structure analysis and micro-Raman spectroscopy. EPR measurement gives g = 2.007 and ΔH pp = 9.18G at 300K. It shows a semiconducting behavior with E g = 92-110 meV depending on samples.
