Abstract

OBJECTIVE. Our objective was to assess the CT findings for endobronchial actinomycosis associated with broncholithiasis. CONCLUSION. Endobronchial actinomycosis associated with broncholithiasis manifests as a proximal obstructive calcified endobronchial nodule associated with distal postobstructive pneumonia of the involved lobe or segment on CT. The possibility of endobronchial actinomycosis should be entertained when broncholithiasis is seen on CT in tuberculosis-endemic areas.
