Since the result of the phase 1 is not published yet and the themes mentioned in this article is only part of the result, the sentence and the reference from the reference list need to be deleted. A CogwheelCommunication Skills Lead to Good Rapport Building and Are therefore Necessary for Graduate Nurses (in press)” in the reference list on page 88 need to be deleted.
