Abstract

Collaborative tagging describes the process by which many users add metadata in the form of keywords to shared content. In this paper, we first discuss current limitations of tagging services, second, we give an overview of existing approaches. We then describe the system on component architecture that we have implemented to minimize ambiguity due to no synonym and polysemy control in folksonomy. Finally, we give experimental results.
