Abstract

By taking the fact that human genome consists of more than 35% of repetitive sequence, we present a data warehouse model that is efficient for nucleotide sequence based analysis. Roman's algorithm has been adapted in order to find repeat regions and these repeats are modeled into snowflake schemas for fast storing and querying results.
